Insert the Guide Pin in PHYSIS and confirm position.
Then apply plate over the pin

The pin jig will align with the center of the plate hole.
The pin is inserted through the guide jig.
The cannulated drill will be guided by the pin.
The screw and screwdriver will be guided by the pin.
Repeat for other screw.
